Your donation will be used to further Global Brigades’ mission, which includes holistic and economic development work, local staff to perpetuate programs, leadership building for community members and volunteers, general administrative costs, and may also include the costs associated with hosting volunteers to participate in the implementation of programs. Although donations may be made to support individual volunteers in meeting their Donation Goal, donations are not made to individuals, they are made to Global Brigades, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Global Brigades, Inc (EIN 37-1551109) is a registered charitable non profit organization and all donations to us are fully tax deductible if you otherwise qualify. If a volunteer is no longer able to participate in a brigade some funds may be eligible for a refund while the rest of the donated funds will continue to be utilized for the mission of the organization.
