HEALTH CARE ACCESS:

People in La Esperanza do not have access to a health post in their community, however, they can go to San Ignacio, which is a community nearby that takes about 15 minutes by vehicle to all services. San ignacio system is not good, takes all day. People tend to look for private health care, but it is too expensive

It also needs improve health post, infrastructure and access to frequency of care/personnel. Limited spaces for large population. Most of the time, public polyclinic doesn’t have necessary medication. So get subscriptions and have to buy in a private pharmacy.
