Columbia Memorial Scholarships

The Columbia Memorial Scholarships were formed in the Fall of 2017 to remember the lives of Abigail Flanagan, Daniella Moffson, and Olivia Erhardt to continue their legacy of service and generosity. The ideal scholarship recipients will embody the same principles and spirit of Abigail, Danielle, and Olivia and bring these characteristics into their volunteer and professional careers.

About the Scholarships

In January 2016, the whole Global Brigades community was deeply affected by the tragic passing of Abigail, Daniella, and Olivia, and wanted to find a way to honor their legacy of service for underserved communities. With guidance and support from each of their families, we believed the best way to honor their memory was to provide the opportunity for a volunteer to pursue an experience with Global Brigades. We hope that the spirit of Abigail, Daniella, and Olivia will illuminate the lives of our scholarship recipients who will then carry that legacy on in their future endeavors.
