“The Chapter Adivsor role is an incredibly unique opportunity, as we work primarily with a virtual team spread across, the USA, Canada and Honduras and are all united under the umbrella of our Marketing Goals and growing and engaging the movement of volunteers. The best parts of being a Chapter Advisor is being able to share your passion with future Chapter leaders and volunteers and empowering other staff members and on campus leadership to retain their Chapters so we can continue to grow the movement each year! Within this role you have a lot of independence and ability to take on a lot of exciting side projects in addition to daily Chapter Creation, retention and communication tasks. It has provided me with a lot of growth both personally and professionally and I would recommend this experience for anyone considering it!”
